Private Beta Terms

Version 2026-10-12. These terms describe participation in the Jectory private beta. Provider information is available in the Legal Notice.

1. Who can participate

The private beta is invitation-only and intended for hobby musicians and professional users worldwide who are at least 18 years old. Minors cannot participate. You must confirm that you are 18 or older when joining the waitlist and before using a new beta account, including accounts created through workspace invitations.

2. The beta service and price

Jectory provides tools for planning releases, managing tracks, files and tasks, and collaborating in workspaces. The beta is currently free. This does not promise that the beta or the product will remain free forever. No future price, payment obligation or automatic switch to a paid plan is agreed by accepting these terms. Any paid offer would require a separate agreement.

3. Your account and collaboration

Provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials secure. Use invitations and workspace permissions only for their intended recipients. Members can access and change shared content according to their assigned role; check permissions and share links before granting access.

4. Your music and other content

You retain your rights in the content you upload. Upload and share only content you are entitled to use, including music, artwork and personal data about other people. We process your content to provide the features you use, including storage, playback and the sharing you request. These terms do not transfer ownership of your music or grant a general right to use it for advertising.

5. Responsible use

Do not use Jectory for unlawful content, harassment, infringement of other people’s rights, attempts to access other users’ private data, or attempts to bypass access controls and storage limits. Report errors or suspected security problems to the operator through the contact route available to you.

6. Beta limitations and AI assistance

The beta is in active development. Features may change, and errors or interruptions may occur. Keep independent copies of important files and review AI-generated suggestions before relying on them. The assistant’s proposed workspace changes require your explicit approval. These statements do not exclude liability or restrict mandatory statutory rights.

7. Privacy and ending participation

The Privacy Notice explains how personal data is handled. Acceptance of these terms is separate from consent to optional tracking or marketing. You can stop using the beta and request account or personal-data deletion through the operator contact route available to you. Requests are currently handled manually; stopping use, leaving a workspace or deleting a workspace does not automatically delete your account or all shared content. Other members’ content and applicable retention requirements must be considered.

8. Changes and statutory rights

The accepted version and time of acceptance are recorded with your account. A future version is not treated as accepted merely because this page changes. These terms do not establish a special court venue, waive consumer protections or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
